What do you need a hand with?

Visitors can read the Prologue and Chapters 1–2. With a free Avelrow Readers account, you can read through Chapter 5. Breaking Sterile, Faceless and The River Ballad are currently available in full for free.

Readers+ gives you full access to eligible Avelrow books while your membership is active. Books you buy separately stay in your Library even if your membership later ends.

First, sign out and sign back in so your access can refresh. If you have just subscribed or bought the book, give checkout a moment to finish and then check Account. If it is still locked, contact support with the title and the email used for your account. Please do not send card details.

Open Get the app from the menu. On Android, choose Install app when prompted. On iPhone or iPad, open the Share menu in Safari and choose Add to Home Screen. Normal updates should not require you to reinstall the app.

Open Sign in and choose Forgot password. Use the same email connected to your Avelrow account, then check your inbox and junk folder for the reset message.

Open Account and start account deletion, or use the account deletion instructions in Help. Cancelling Readers+ and deleting your account are separate actions, so deal with any active membership first.

Open Account, then Manage Membership. Cancelling stops the next renewal; access normally continues until the end of the paid period. Books you bought separately stay in your Library.

Payments are handled through Stripe. Avelrow support will never ask you to send a full card number, password or verification code in chat or email.

Open the book once while you are online so the latest reading position can sync. If it is still wrong, close and reopen the app, then sign out and back in.

Yes. Books bought individually stay in your Avelrow Library even if a Readers+ membership ends.

Open Library and choose Interested. Books you save in Match are kept there so you can come back to the sample later.

Match gets better as you like, pass, save and finish books. Visitors can try the sample version; the fuller personalised version is available with eligible membership access.

Open Discover and choose a romance genre, or use Match if you would rather choose by mood and let it learn from the books you save and skip.

Open Discover to see the books currently available through Avelrow. When a title is also available from outside retailers, its book page can include those links.
